If you are budget be proud of it, if you are luxurious embrace it. This way the customer always knows what they are getting. Primark doesn’t pretend to be lavish and Cartier doesn’t pretend to be cheap. Being consistent will help create a loyal customer base.

Customers love to feel like they are getting a good deal so consider loyalty bonuses, discounts for multiple purchases or other discounts or offers. Be creative and you will make more sales.
