Orders and Returns
General Return Policy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our inventory so customers can buy with confidence; your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding VAT) and 25% restocking fee. Please note that all potential returns must be in original packaging, unworn and unused, with original tags attached and instructions included, if applicable.
Damaged Items
We package orders carefully in an effort to ensure that your items are protected in transit. In the event that an item arrives broken or otherwise damaged, you may return it for a full refund (excluding VAT) to be issued in the original form of payment. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of return and may take up to two billing cycles to post, depending on payment method. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed as store credit.
Exchanges
You are welcome to exchange any item for either a different colour or size or another item of equal or lesser value from another product line. If you prefer, you can also request a store credit for the full purchase amount (excluding VAT). All exchanges will be processed upon receipt of return. Please note that all potential exchanges must be in original packaging, unworn and unused, with original tags attached and instructions included, if applicable.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
Due to the nature of these products, earrings and grillz cannot be returned.
Receipt of Returns
We are not responsible for return parcels that are lost, diverted, or damaged in transit. For your protection, we recommend choosing a carrier that offers insurance and traceable shipping (i.e., tracking and/or delivery confirmation).
